Do I have to declare tax rebate in Self Assessment

Hi There, I received a repayment for around £2764 on Feb 2024 for tax I had overpaid on a previous self assessment. Do I need to declare it as income in my upcoming 23/24 self assessment? Thank you

You will only declare the repayment if it was an actual repayment for the 2023/24 tax year. If the repayment was from your 2022/23 tax return then nothing to declare. Thank you .
