I cannot log into my HMRC account

Good morning, I am desperate because I need the P60 document which I cannot get because I cannot log into my account because of my name. my name is king smith (not my real name) when i log in i put in all my details and everything goes fine. but the problem comes when i am asked to do the identity verification. I have two surnames but HMRC has only taken the second name(king). in all the documents received from HMRC there is only the second part of my surname. so even when I ask to change my name I can't because when I present my driving licence or my pay slip, both documents have my two surnames on them. please help me I am looking to print my P60 urgently thank you

hello dear @HMRC Admin 5 you know better than I do that to update my information I need to do the identity check first but if you read my publication you will see that HMRC only have one part of my surname so when I do the identity check I submit my full name (from NIN AND PAYSLIP) and it doesn't work. because all my documents have my full names on them. please tell me what to do? thank you
