Hi, Please could you help to advise if the following situation is belong to family tie: - Our two daughters are full time day school students and will staying around 200 days in the UK for 2022-2023 tax year by BNO (Visa) dependent - My wife and I are staying in the UK with our daughters around 165 days for 2022 to 2023 tax year - We have permanent home outside of UK for 2022-2023 tax year (spend around 200 days) - We have home in the UK (spend around 165 days) - My wife and I have not worked during 2022 to 2023 tax year Many thanks.

Hi,

RDRM11550 describes the accommodation tie. If you have a place to live in the UK that is continuously available to your period of 91 days or more and you spend 1 or more nights in that property, then you meet the accommodation tie criteria.
