P50 letter not received 2 months later

I filled in a P50 form as I stopped working - I'm spending time abroad and so set the mailing address to be one abroad. Online it says the process was completed, but 2 months later and I've still not received any letter in the mail as I was told it would be when filing and submitting the form. When will this arrive? I tried calling but spent 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before running out of phone credit - is there an easier way to get in touch?
