P85 & Tax Refund

Hi, My 23/24 Tax year is still showing as under calculation, but as I have left the UK and have submitted the P85, I cannot understand why the year hasn't been processed and my affairs closed. I completed the P85 just after the April Financial Year change and my HMRC online platform is showing the form as complete, but I haven't received any actual correspondence from HMRC to confirm or otherwise. My partner has completed the same and her accounts have been finalised, with the refund issued. Is there a way to contact HMRC not via phone to seek clarification? I am based in Australia now, so phone is not convenient.
