Rebate payment made

Hi, claimed my rebate directly into my bank- after processing it changed to payment was made to my bank on the 13th of May yet it still isn’t in my bank. Is this normal? Even though it says it has been paid does it still take 5 working days from then? Thanks

Once it updates to issued on our systems, it can take 10 working days to be received.
