Incorrect info on Personal Tax Account.

A company I worked for two years ago has appeared on my account as paying me in Feb, March and a payment due in April. I’ve not received any payment and my former employers are being less than helpful. They keep passing it back to me, saying I need to send my P45 from 2021. How is this going to help with phantom payments appearing on my tax account.

Hi Fenton19,

Your ex- employer needs to update the payroll records, sending new submissions to HMRC to remove the payments.
