How long until I should see my EIS tax relief reflected?

I sent my EIS3 document in to HMRC several months ago and still haven't had any acknowledgement or seen the relief reflected in PAYE or in credit - how long should it take? Thanks

Check when you can expect a reply from HMRC
for an estimate of when your item will be processed.

Hello, I am in the same boat regarding a delay in getting tax relief. Did yours get resolved and, if so, how long did it take? thanks

I requested some EIS3's to be processed in May 2022 for income tax relief for the tax year 2021/22, in the last 12 months despite a number a chase-up's (+General complaint in March 2023 which has not be responded to, regarding lead-times) I've had nothing from HMRC, not even an acknowledgment. The level of service from HMRC and protracted timelines are now a real issue. I'm now at the point where I may just tell the HMRC to cancel the EIS requests and just add them to this years self assessment.
