Official proof of income tax paid document

Hi, I am a UK tax resident and I am trying to open a bank account in my home country of Greece and the bank is asking for an official document that proves how much income tax I paid in 2023/24 and for it to be stamped with an apostile stamp. Is there anything that I can get from HMRC in the form of an official letter with apostile? I read somewhere that the PAYE Income Tax History page is an official document, can I get that stamped with apostile?
