Good afternoon, I am trying to receive the CA3916 form, I have answered all the questions online and submitted it on 15th of June. It has been few days that the status is now "Processing complete", but I did not receive the form nor via e-mail, nor on GOV.UK website. I have tried to connect to a specialist for help on online helpdesk webchat, but to no avail. How and when will I receive the form? Thank you in advance, Milda

That department are currently dealing with work from 24 June 2021.
