Waiting for tax refund for pension lump sum, due to double taxation relief France/England

I applied for my tax refund on my Pension lump sum, the form was received at HMRC on 6th June this year and I should have received the refund by 9th July according to you website. When I log on to my account it just says received. How long should it take?
