Working in UK, living several months abroad

Hi, I am currently work in England and I have the residency here (however I do not have British citizenship). My intention is to do smart working from Ireland for one or two weeks each month to stay close to my partner. I am trying to understand how it works from a fiscal point of view. Who can I ask?
