Tax Refund - Online Form

Hi, When I submit the form for my tax refund, I get the following: There is a problem You cannot use the online refund service at the moment. Go back and check how much Income Tax you paid last year. I've had the letter through etc telling me that I've paid too much tax. Is there a problem with the online service, and am I best just waiting for the cheque to come through?
