Inaccurate information regarding residents of my address

I'm currently having trouble renewing my university funding as HMRC's records show another person/s claiming to live at my address, which is different than the information provided. I am single and have lived alone here since I moved in in 2018. How can I go about removing any of these unknown people so your records are accurate?

You will need to query with the body you are dealing with if they are able to pass this on to HMRC as we would not update an address held on our system for someone else if you contacted us.
