Hello I applied online for my NI number in July 2021 and sent through my necessary ID documents. I've ben trying to call the contact centre on the number provided (08001412079) to get an update on my application, but no one answers. I recently received a letter saying they needed more information, and that I should phone the call centre. I've tried many many times to call, and sat waiting for ages, but the call either cuts or no one answers. Is there another number I can call, or an office I can visit to help resolve? Thanks
