Hello Sir/Madam, Good day. Just would like to clarify that the rule of automatically resident if "your only home was in the UK - you must have owned, rented or lived in it for at least 91 days in total - and you spent at least 30 days there in the tax year." Does it imply my family counting "physically" live/stay or even by "rented contract started date" in that home which counting 91 days and there are 30 days within a tax year, then I will be automatically become a tax resident? Coz in my case, I was rented a house on 25 Oct 2021 but due to Covid lockdown issue. Finally my family landed to UK by BNO visa on 3 Feb 2021 instead. Just would like to check if in such case, does it means I'm quite sure will not become tax resident for a least 2021/2022? Appreciated to clarify. thanks a lot. Regards,
