Eligible to work remotely for a UK based company?

I have both British and Italian citizenships but I have never lived in UK (my mother was born there). I currently live in Italy and I would like to work fully remote for a UK based company. I am trying to understand if I can or/and what characteristics my contract must have. I understood the main problem is tax payment: I would pay taxes in Italy since I am an italian resident. What kind of company or job contract should I apply for to have a chance to be emplyed? What kind of other documents should I take care of? Thank you a lot!
