return to home country after living and working in the uk

Good afternoon, I would like to ask for some advice regarding my situation, I have been living and working in the uk since 2020, however I have decided to return to my home country this year 2025. I would like to know if there's anything that I need to take care of regarding the hmrc before I leave? And also I would like to know what will happen to my taxes for the past few years? Thank you.
