How long?

Hello, My father passed away recently and the executor is waiting to hear if any tax is owed, do you know how long we will have to wait as it’s already been 4 weeks? He has received response from everything else including pensions etc but he says he is still awaiting confirmation from you guys, so he can sort out the estate. Is this the case? It’s the last thing we are waiting on.
