Hi HMRC, I’m living in Germany right now but I still have dividend from my UK shares in both my ISA and non-ISA account. I am filling the Form R43 right now and I don’t know if I need to include the amount of dividend received in the ISA account in it. There is neither explanation on the following webpage https://www.gov.uk/tax-uk-income-live-abroad/personal-allowance nor in the form itself. Could you please help? Thanks, Philippa

Hi Philippa H,
You do not need to declare your Dividend Income from your ISA Account - please see the following link - Tax on dividends.
Thank you.
