Hi, I am a Belgian tax resident employed by a Belgian company. I am looking to work remotely in UK but it's not clear what the guidelines are. How long can I stay and are there any tax implications? My logic is that so long as I am employed by an EU company, contribute tax there and not overstay a certain period then I would not be required to declare anything to the UK government? Please correct me if I am wrong. Many thanks.

Hi Ckyeung,
To ensure you still meet automatic overseas residence -
You worked full-time overseas
You spent less than 91 days in the UK
You worked in the UK for fewer than 31 days in total
Thank you.
