Hello, My husband and I left the UK in 2021. My husband was able to connect on Gateway and fill his "P85 Leaving the UK – getting your tax right" without any problem but in my case I cannot connect on Gateway since I do not have a UK Passport nor a P60 from the financial year 2020 to 2021, or 2021 to 2022. I was researcher at the University of Cambridge until 01/01/2021, I asked them a P60 but they replied that because I left before the end of the tax year (5 April), no P60 was produced. So please let me know how I could connect to Gateway. Because of this Gateway issue, I sent my "P85 Leaving the UK – getting your tax right" by mail to HMRC in mid-February 2022 but I never received any reply. I do not want to have to call so please let me know how can I get updates on the status of P85, please. Many thanks, Ala

If you are unable to verify with the questions being asked, you won't be able to submit the claim online.
Based on when it was sent, I would have expected the claim to be processed by now if we have received it.
