Hi. I've been waiting for my tax to be calculated, as I'm owed over £600 IT. My online account has been stating that I should wait until late November when all such cases should be resolved. But no! I have tried the chatbot, no joy, and sent a message, which got closed without any apparent progress. I would like to know what phone number / email / address I can contact to resolve this. I'm happy to provide any info / evidence required but can't do this until I know what or where. Many thanks.
