Treatment of deferred cash bonus for someone moving residence to Italy

I will be stop working in September 2023 (taking retirement) and I plan to move residence to Italy in 2024. I will be receiving deferred cash bonus until 2027. Will i need to pay UK taxes on the deferred compensation?

Thank you. I can appreciate the complexity. What does the current legislation says about deferred cash bonus for those that had residence in the UK but have now moved to Italy? Thanks in advance
