Tax refund paid into my weekly pay

I have been given some of my tax back in my weekly wages but I got told that I would be given more than what was put into my weekly wage, I was just wanting to know why only part of the tax refund has gone into my weekly wage?

We can not confirm without viewing your record, however if you are due a refund this can result in you paying no tax when the refund is given and also being refunded some tax on top of that.
