Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to understand if there are any personal tax implications where a UK (domiciled) citizen, who is automatically non tax resident, and who is paid a dividend from a Maltese company where that is paid into their personal UK bank account is liable for dividend tax or income tax in the UK? I will add the trade profits of the Maltese company were made while being non tax resident. Many thanks

Hi,

If you are not UK tax resident then no, there are no tax implications.

Thank you.
