Tax paid correctly 23/24, but 24/25 code has 'correction for underpayment'

Hi, When I log in to my tax account, I see that I have paid the correct amount of tax in the 23/24 year. However, in my tax codes for 24/25 I have an adjustment for previous underpayment. I have no years showing as me having underpaid tax. I have not received a p800 for 23/24, either. How can I correct this / get this corrected? Thanks
