To get a NT tax code I need to file a DT US Individual and an associated residency certificate 6166 via a US 8802. If I file an US 8802 it will provide a residency certificate as of current time/year. Do I need to obtain and file a residency certificate every year to prove continued residency to maintain the NT tax in the HMRC? If so when does that need to be filed by each year?

Hi
No, you do not need to complete a DT US Individual claim form every year unless you have a new UK Pension Source.
