Reissue of Cheque - Tax refund

Hi HMRC, I have contacted HMRC via phone for 2 times now and waited for 28 working days to receive the cheque, But no response. Can you please advice on this? Uday

Our timescales for cancelling and reissuing  cheques are up to 11 weeks to reissue.

Good day I had recieved reissuing cheques ,i am living outside UK ,can the refund amount be transfer to my bank account outside UK.

Good Day HMRC, I have a cheque dated a year ago which has not been redeemed. I have tried calling the helpline no. provided but I am kept on hold until the call is ended without having been allowed to speak with an advisor or anyone actually responding. I would like to know what steps to take to get this cheque reissued. Thank you.

Hi HMRC, I've been out of the UK for almost a year and a half and I received a refund check with my name on it, but I called the helpline to nominate a friend to be able to collect the cheque, but I've been waiting since September for it to arrive at my address in the UK.. how long can I wait for my cheque to be delivered? And I called 3 times so far and each time he told me that he doesn't know..

The current timescale for these requests are 18 weeks to be processed, and up to 3 weeks for a cheque to arrive once issued.
