Hello, after being previously self employed but now in full time employment, I had a 3rd party agent submit my self assessment tax forms. I looked online a couple of weeks ago to see if this had been done and was notified that I am due a tax rebate. I requested this repayment and noted it stated that HMRC had received my request, however when checking a few days later the online message changes to being able to request a refund? Is this normal or do I need to resubmit this request? Thanks

I would check this with our Self Assessment department, as if you have requested the repayment something must have stopped this being issued.
