Hi - I have 3 questions. 1. I have Fixed Protection 2014. My pension was subject to a sharing order, bringing my total pension below the fixed protection cap. In considering my PCLS, should I use the current balance of my pension or the fixed protection amount? 2. Post PCLS I intend to move abroad and transfer my pension to a QROPS, am I correct that the OTA is linked to my Fixed Protection, i.e. £1.5mn? 3. Does the QROPS OTA apply to the balance of pension pre or post PCLS?
