From self-employed to being employed

Hi I just got a new seasonal job for few months and the Company has asked me to fill out some HMRC papers for tax and I don't know what to put at the "Do You Have Another JOB" question. Does the "job" meaning actual employment by another Company? Does being self-employed on low income and not fixed job count? Many thanks

The job means any other employment whether it be full time, part time or self employed.
