Change cheque refund into online refund

I received tax letter 30 Oct 2024 . I have UK bank account（Bank of Scotland) . So I want to get income tax refund paid online instead of get Chevy. Because I can’t get money by using cheque in my country ,due to I’m not in the UK now。And my main address is UK address but my postal address is my current address so I’m very afraid the cheque will not be sent to my postal address or maybe missed. So how can I change get refund by online transfer? Should I call your telephone number or write a letter to your email address ? because I can’t find your contact information.
