When to expect tax refund bank transfer?

Hi there, Wondering if I can get some clarification on how long the bank transfer should take to be credited to my account. It says on my services log in that I have been paid it but have not yet received into my account. Help is much appreciated

If it is showing as paid, it would be within 10 working days.
