EIS Claims still waiting to hear back

Hello, I have sent a few EIS claim forms in the end of January this year, despite calling many times to check with the progress, all I am getting back is, they are still pending someone to work on those forms... What can I do? Thank you for your help!

Hi,
 
We do currently have a large backlog due to staff being deployed to help with COVID schemes.

As these have now closed, more staff are now able to work post and you should hope to receive a reply by mid November .
