Ignored Nil Rate Band Trust

Parent A died 8 years ago, leaving a will with a Nil Rate Band Trust in it. Parent B ignored the need to disband the trust within two years. The value of the entire estate is now £900,000 and will pass, on death of Parent B to the 2 adult children of the couple. How much of this estate will be liable for Inheritance Tax liability?
