I am dual resident (spend more than 183 days in Europe but more than 91 in the UK and have sufficient ties). Can I still use my ISA allowance and contribute up to £3,600 gross into my UK pension?

Hi,
The ISA allowance is only for funds held within an ISA nad you must be UK resident to qualify for any reliefs within it. If you then wish to withdraw funds from your ISA to make a pension contribution, that is up to you.
Thank you.
