Our family (husband and wife and a child) are moving to UK in Feb 1, 2022, We are currently living with our parents outside UK (our parents own the place), and that's our current home. After we move, our oversea home with our parents will still be there and we can go back anytime we want. As for the Second automatic UK test "at that time you had no overseas home, or if you had an overseas home, you were present in it for fewer than 30 days in the tax year". Will our parents' place still be treated as our oversea home? If it will, how can we proof it? Thanks!
