untaxed uk bank interest - institution names

Hello, Could you please advise if you need to provide the names of all the bank for which you are totalling the untaxed uk interest when filling in income section for the Self assessment return. If you do need to provide the names of all the bank which section would you provide those details in. thank you for your kind help
