I submitted an overpayment refund request but following the 72 hour processing window the refund I can claim is still showing as an available balance on my account. How di I know this has been processed and when will it hit my bank account?

If it is still showing as a balance rather than a pending repayment, I would contact our Self Assessment department as the request may have been rejected by the system:
