Can you please help me figure out what happened here: I am permanently full-time employed, worked from home since lockdown started. Submitted tax relief request few months ago for the whole period (since March 2020 or so). The process seemed to work well, I got to a "your request has been submitted " screen. Fast forward to now, I didn't hear back from HMRC, I can't find any traces of my request nor did I receive any money from HMRC. So I decided to create the request. Upon trying to do so and as soon as i login I get a screen saying "HMRC have checked our records and you can claim for the following years. This tax year (6 April 2022 to 5 April 2023)" Any thoughts? Thank you

Hi,

If your claim was submitted, I would contact our Income Tax department who can check if this was processed and the outcome.

Thank you.
