SA250 letter

I originally registered for self-assessment in 2010, and have long since lost the SA250 welcome letter. I need a new letter as I want to sell items into the EU and the IOSS intermediary I want to use requires an SA250 letter with my trading name on it. I am a sole trader, and am using a new trading name from April 2024. Is there a way to request a new SA250 with the new trading name on it? I wrote to HMRC last year requesting one, but never received a reply.
