End of self employment application

Hello community, I submited the online application form that I stopped being self employed about 12 days ago. There was confirmation message on HMRC website that my information has been forwarded on to HMRC, nothing received in my personal inbox. Please can anybody advise how do I know and ensure my self employment has been closed. Have not heard anything since submitting application. What is procedure if there is any? Many thanks

Closure of your Self Assessment record will usually happen shortly after the submission of your application, but it can take up to 4 weeks.
