Dear Sirs, I got a HMRC mail this week with a SA100 form(black and white copy) and asking me to file tax return for 2024/25, the form stated "This notice requires you, by law, to make a return of your taxable income and capital gains, and any documents requested, for the year from 6 April 2024 to 5 April 2025". Q1 Is it mean my self accessment account reactivated already? If not, for reactivate my self assessment account on line. Q2 For Page 1, Fill in all the information and for question" Have you been within Self Assessment before?" Fill in “Yes" and fill in the UTR#? Q3 For Page 2, "Do you have any other reason for completing a tax return?" Fill in"Yes"? Q4 For Page 2 "Please give details" Fill in "Reactivate my self assessment account"? Q5 For Page 2 "What date does this apply from?" Fill in "6 April 2025"? Q6 For Page 2 "Have you been getting taxable foreign dividends in excess of £300 a year or any amount of other taxable income?" Is it asking " any taxable foreign dividends in excess of £300 a year" and "any taxable foreign amount of other taxable income?" ? Q7 For Page 2, For my case, fill in"Yes"? Q8 "When did you start getting this income?" Fill in "6 April 2025"? Thanks
