I have attempted to pay my tax bill twice. Once on a desktop using a QR code and once on the phone through the HMRC app. Both times I received and approved a payment on my banking app sliding biometric approval. The bank tell me I have a proved the transaction. However, I never get a confirmation from HMRC and no money has left my account. What should I do?
