Hello I have had a very distressing tax bill which isn't right. I have tried to call to sort it out, but every time I do the sitchboard says 'we're very busy' and hangs up the call. I am happy to wait in a queue, but I need to talk to someone to sort this out. Being hung up on again and again when I am trying to sort it out is so distressing and unfair. Please advise how to talk to someone. I've been trying all day
