Trying to register for self-assessment but couldn't

Hi, I want to register as a SOLE TRADER. I have tried multiple attempts to confirm my identity using the ID Check app. Everything works but at the end of the process, it kept redirecting me back to an error page on the desktop and I can't keep trying anymore as I only have 2 attempts left to confirm my identity before I get locked out of my account. I also have tried to instead opt to fill up the form online so I can print it and post but the link leads you to the "your request URL was rejected" error page. I cannot go through with the option of proving identity with 2 documents as I only have p60 and payslips but no UK passport (I hold an int'l passport), I do not have a UK driving license ( I don't drive) nor do I have a credit reference (as I don't have any loans or debt). What else can I do? Help.
