My friend put an extra zero on her phone number +44 07.... trying to create her account for Locator form She didn't get SMS, so now it's stuck and can't fill in the form, because can't even login without confirming the SMS. Please help, without the Locator form she can't travel...

You will need to use the option to submit the form without creating an account. See link below:

I am also having problems with registering for an account to fill in my Passenger Locator form. The SMS verifications has not come through to the correctly given phone number.

Hi I’ve changed my mobile number and now want to access my account but there is no option to sign in and change it ?
