SA1 form for Child

Hello! I have done an SA1 form for my 2 children aged 6 and under, do i need to help them sign the SA1 form or can i sign on there behalf? If so do i need to attach an accompanying letter?

Hi,
It will be you that signs them as they are minors. No letter is required, as the SA1 will confirm the dates of birth.
