Taxable foreign income

Hi. I am confused with the "Date started receiving taxable foreign income"? I became UK tax resident on 15/9/2021. I received rental income from an overseas property since 1/4/2015. Should I fill in the date with 1/4/2015? or 15/9/2021? Please provide your suggestions. Thank you.

Hi,

It will be 15/09/21 as that is the date it is classed as foreign, due to your arrival in the UK.
